The work
Working via Great Brains for Great Brands – a collective of freelance and furloughed ad folk, I created a campaign for Beam - a crowdfunding platform that supports homeless people into stable jobs, all on a £zero budget.
The idea is simple: a number of sectors are experiencing labour shortages, made worse by the pandemic. At the same time, there are thousands of homeless people who want to work.
So we created a campaign that helps bridge that gap, focusing on roles with the biggest skills shortages

We amplified the message on all their social channels, focusing on a different role very day and highlighting the individuals we’re crowdfunding for.
As the campaign got the attention of the press, lots of OOH media space was donated to us by several companies which allowed us to spread the message even further.
